  • What information do you collect about your customers?

  • How do I reset my password?
    On the login screen, please click on “Forgot password” and follow the prompts. You should receive an email from us quickly. If you don't receive an email, check your spam filters, or contact us at info@tfft.in.
  • I’m not satisfied with my purchase. How can I get a refund?
    We offer guaranteed refunds for all programs for 10 days after purchasing. Please email us at info@tfft.in and we’ll help you out.
  • How do I switch or cancel my subscription?
    It's very easy to cancel your subscription, or switch between monthly and annual subscriptions. There is no fee for cancelling or switching your subscription, and you can cancel at any time from “My Account” page.
  • I’m looking for a personal trainer! Can I hire Deepika?
    Unfortunately, Deepika is no longer working as a personal trainer, since she's working instead to concentrate on making fitness accessible to everyone. Occasionally, she will do personal appearances; the best place to find out about future live classes is by subscribing on our Events page OR following her on Instagram or Facebook.
  • What level of fitness do I need for these classes?
    On the Programs and SoloSweats page, you can filter workouts for Start, beginner, intermediate, and advanced. Start workouts were designed for people who've been inactive for a while, or who have sensitive joints or chronic conditions, and need a more accessible and gentler routine. If you're completely new to movement, recovering from an injury, or just jumping back in, these are the classes for you. Beginner classes focus on establishing good form, and move at a slower pace. Intermediate workouts are higher intensity and faster paced, and assume that people doing them are familiar with the moves. Advanced workouts are meant to be a challenge, with high-intensity moves that often combine cardio with strength or core work.

  • Where should I start with the workouts?
    Check out some of our challenges! These structured programs will introduce you to some of our amazing instructors, and help you establish a regular workout habit. If you're an absolute beginner, or need gentler workouts to accommodate pain, sensitive joints, or wobbly balance, we recommend trying the Start Here Challenge. If you're looking for an all-around workout program that incorporates mobility, strength, and cardio work, checkout the 30 Day Challenge for beginners and intermediates.. For strength training, Get Strong and Dumbbell Strength are our at-home programs, while In the Gym incorporates barbells, benches, and weight plates.   • Do you have an app?
    We currently have an app called UNBRKN by TFFT!
  • Will this help me lose weight?
    All of Deepika's workout programs are focused on cultivating strength and wellness, rather than trying to make our bodies look a certain way. Making positive changes to your daily habits and following a movement routine will always have its benefits, but we are unable to tell you how that strength will appear on your unique, wonderful body. Losing weight is a combination of various factors like movement, nutrition, sleep, hormonal health and more. If you are looking for more guidance, contact deepika@tfft.in
  • What currency are the prices in?
    All of our prices are listed in Indian Rupees. If you want to know an estimate of how that will convert to your local currency, you can use a currency converter.
  • Are these workouts suitable for someone with bad joints or recovering from injuries?
    Our mission is to get people moving and to feel good in their bodies while doing it. However, every body is unique, and not all of the workouts will be well-suited to everyone. If you are recovering from injuries or surgery, have sensitive joints, or are pregnant, please check with your doctor and/or physio before working out. If you have concerns about specific movements or positions, email us at deepika@tfft.in and we can tell you more about any of our programs. If you're cleared for exercise from your doctor, we recommend Start-level classes to help you ease back into a movement routine and help prevent future injuries!
  • Can I download my workouts?
    At this time, workouts in the Just Move library cannot be downloaded.
  • Where should I start with the workouts?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
